Canza Commodity Settlement ("CCS", "the platform"), operated by [PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name] ("Canza", "we", "us"), is a settlement coordination platform for institutional commodity purchases. It records purchase terms, funding events, Know-Your-Business (KYB) status, and settlement progress across procurement corridors.
The platform is currently in beta. Features may change, data may be corrected or restructured, and availability is provided on a best-efforts basis.
CCS is offered as a beta service. You acknowledge that the service may contain errors, may be interrupted, and that settlement flows — including payment verification and rate locking — may rely on manual or partially automated processes while in beta. Do not commit funds you cannot afford to have delayed.
The platform is intended for institutional buyers and authorised operations and stakeholder personnel. You must provide accurate entity information during onboarding and keep your credentials confidential. Minimum order sizes apply per corridor.
Purchases progress through recorded stages: KYB verification, funding (stablecoin or escrow), local disbursement by the corridor partner, procurement, and settlement completion with a certificate. Stage records, timestamps, and amounts are logged and shared with the parties to each purchase. A rate lock or quoted price is valid only for the window stated at order time.
Canza is not a bank, broker-dealer, or exchange. Local procurement and disbursement are performed by the corridor partner named on each purchase (for the Ghana gold corridor, LFG). Canza does not take custody of commodities.
You may not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to settle transactions involving sanctioned persons or jurisdictions, or to misrepresent entity identity, source of funds, or intended use of purchased commodities.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided "as is" during beta. Canza's aggregate liability is limited to [PLACEHOLDER: liability cap]. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. See the Risk Disclosure for commodity, FX, stablecoin, and settlement timing risks.
These terms are governed by the laws of [PLACEHOLDER: jurisdiction]. Disputes are subject to [PLACEHOLDER: courts/arbitration]. Contact: [PLACEHOLDER: legal contact email].
