Using the platform involves material risks. You will be asked to acknowledge this disclosure before your first funding step. This summary is not exhaustive.
Commodity prices (including gold) fluctuate, sometimes sharply. A quoted or locked rate is valid only for the window stated at order time; after expiry, new pricing applies. Market movement between order and fulfilment can change the quantity or value delivered.
Corridors settle across currencies (for example USD-stablecoin value against Ghana cedi disbursements). Exchange rates move between funding, disbursement, and procurement. Local-currency outcomes may differ from figures shown at order time.
Funding in stablecoins (such as USDT or USDC) or exposure to tokenised assets (such as XAUt) carries risks: issuer or reserve risk, depegging, network congestion or fees, smart-contract vulnerabilities, and irreversibility of transfers. You are responsible for sending to the correct address and network.
Local procurement and disbursement are performed by corridor partners (for the Ghana gold corridor, LFG). Delays can arise from banking hours, local market conditions, documentation, or compliance holds. During beta, some verification and payment-confirmation steps are manual and may add delay. Settlement certificates reflect recorded events; they are not a guarantee of future performance.
The platform is in beta: features may change, outages may occur, and records may be corrected. Regulatory treatment of stablecoin settlement varies by jurisdiction and may change. Obtain independent advice before committing material funds.
