Submit the evidence required to verify your business, licence, gold sources, operating controls, and settlement account.

GoldBod is Ghana’s sole gold export authority. CCS approval lets a verified seller publish eligible supply; it does not replace a GoldBod licence, transaction approval, assay, traceability record, local-refining requirement, customs filing, or shipment-specific export authorization.

Company registration and current company profile

Issued or verified by Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC)

Upload: Certified Certificate of Incorporation plus the latest ORC company profile or annual-return extract.

The legal name and registration number must match this application. Combine both documents into one PDF.

Tax and social-security clearance

Issued or verified by Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) and SSNIT

Upload: Current GRA Electronic Tax Clearance Certificate and current SSNIT Clearance Certificate.

Download the E-TCC from the GRA Taxpayers’ Portal. Both certificates must be valid on the submission date; combine them into one PDF.

GoldBod licence certificate

Issued or verified by Ghana Gold Board (GoldBod)

Upload: Current GoldBod licence certificate for the activity you perform: Aggregator, Self-Financing Aggregator, Buyer Tier 1, or Buyer Tier 2.

Upload every page showing the licence category, certificate number, issue date, and expiry date. The business name must appear in GoldBod’s licence registry.

Licensed-source and traceability schedule

Issued or verified by Minerals Commission and GoldBod

Upload: A schedule of every mine, supplier, or licensed buyer you source from, with each supplier’s legal name, licence number, licence type, and expiry date; attach licence copies.

Do not upload a generic company permit. Evidence must show that the proposed gold comes only from currently licensed sources that can be independently checked.

Operating premises and environmental approvals

Issued or verified by Local authority and Environmental Protection Authority (EPA)

Upload: Title deed, lease, or tenancy agreement; business operating permit; and the EPA permit or written EPA determination applicable to each gold-handling site.

Include the GhanaPost GPS address and identify which document covers each office, storage, assay, or processing location. Combine the evidence into one PDF.

Assay, security, logistics, and refining evidence

Issued or verified by GoldBod and applicable licensed providers

Upload: A recent sample XRF assay report, assay-equipment list, premises security summary, insurance certificate, and agreements with licensed transport and GoldBod-approved refining providers where applicable.

The sample assay is capability evidence only. Every shipment will still require its own GoldBod-controlled assay, traceability, and export documents.

Ownership, management, and fit-and-proper pack

Issued or verified by ORC and Ghana Police Service

Upload: Latest ORC Beneficial Ownership Profile/Form 3; IDs for directors, beneficial owners, accounts officer, operations officer, and manager; address evidence; police reports; and litigation/business-interest disclosures.

Show ownership percentages and include one completed ownership record for every reportable beneficial owner. Combine the pack into one PDF.

Financial capacity and settlement account

Issued or verified by Applicant’s regulated bank or financial institution

Upload: Bank reference letter, recent statements evidencing required working and trade capital, source-of-funds explanation, and any guarantee or counter-indemnity required for your GoldBod licence category.

The letter must be on bank letterhead, dated, name the applicant, identify the account, and include a bank contact for verification. You may redact transaction descriptions, but not the account holder, dates, or balances relied on.
